8. Ask That If He Gives Anything In Flat Like Modular Kitchen Set, AC, Type Of Fittings, Flooring, Glass Partition In Bath Like That 

9. Ask About Water Provision, Fire Safety And CCTV Security 

10. Ask About Clear Height From Flooring To Ceilings 

These Questions Makes Very Easy To Rate That Property And To Take Early Decision On The Same
